@VirtualFatass@StefanBurnsGeo Campi flegrei is further north, by Naples, but there is Stromboli and an under water volcano called Marsili near this earthquake.
@RFdesignHQ@junonewscom Because, like Darlene, the elbow crowd doesn't have the slightest idea of how the free market works. They scream injustice, while cheering for communism. Teaching is impossible as once you're not "on their side" they disregard you as not human.
@Vince_Noir77@HormuzLetter@realDonaldTrump@WhiteHouse The problem has been that the Iranian politicians want to make a deal: give up uranium, open the strait. It's the IRGC and Mullahs that do not. Since leadership was fractured they have no unified voice to speak for them.
@stewlindberg1@Rudedude55@Gerry39464526 Funny enough, about two decades ago, oil was found to be a "renewable" resource. This happened in Russia when they had left their oil fields for a few years, came back and found they had refiled. There are scientific studies done on it.
@cbcwatcher Okay my favorite part of this article (when i read it) was the advertising for a free cbc account mid-article in the same font as the article itself. It makes it look like cbc is they're offering photos and videos.. good job editing and marketing teams!
@AlbertaMayhem@Gerry39464526 Well, it could be. Or she could be helping separation. She was part of a pro-separatist party years ago. Nothing pisses us off more than paying a stupid carbon tax.
@cody_willi65206@WSOnlineNews The westminster system (our federal government) used to have "honor" and "shame" that kept them in line and prevented this current spree of corruption and bad leaders. Is there something in the indiginous community that used to hold the chiefs back from the corruption?
@cody_willi65206@WSOnlineNews Corruption and selfishness are human traits. Power corrupts. Being indiginous, Greek, African, Asian, etc.. doesn't matter. We are all human and prone to it. Very few people have strong enough ethics and morals to withstand it.
@thegoldenyeg@stevmorris11@Brownmoose Home office and utilities work differently for corporations. Thr corporation has to pay "rent" to claim as an expense and this rent paid must be claimed as income on your personal tax return. There must be a record of the rent payments in your corporate and personal bank account
@johnfhuizing@thesovereignceo Kind of funny that the elbows up crowd really hates America, but totally support the American interference in our energy industry.
@BrandoYT@AbMetisSeejO@kinsellawarren The judge didn't rule based on legislation. In fact, she ignored law that was passes by our elected officials so yes, the judge is wrong.
@CanadianNeechie@BuckBles@Tablesalt13 It shouldn't "override" but according to this judge, it has. A duty to consult when the question hasn't been asked is ass backwards. Not to mention citizen led initiatives.. do not have a duty to consult. The provincial government does... but only AFTER the question is asked.
@Jamie6013913441@RockyHuff3 Your math is faulty. It should be based off voting population, which is 2.9 million. Which puts it at 9.6%. That is approximately 10% of the population. There is a 3.5% rule regarding change in society. You should have a look at it.
@NorbertNipkin@YukonStrong The government has a duty to consult. Consult does not mean ask permission. And a citizen lead petition has no duty to consult. The consultation should be a part of after a vote. Why consult if it's a no? It is immaterial.
@_CalGore@albertaradios Yeah. That's a stretch for sure. If I remember correctly, the hacker made a video (shortly after the hacking) bragging about what he did and that he was paid for it. I don't recall him mentioning who paid him though.
