The joke dates to closed beta, with players ranking the factions “Easy” for Green, “Normal” for Red, and “NIGHTMARE MODE” for Blue.

I have near permanent vocal cord damage due to extended chronic sinusitis and reoccurring bronchitis that I am still fighting to this day. I get coughed on once and everything comes hitting me back tenfolds.
