Happy #FossilFriday! We spent the last 1.5 weeks digging for #dinosaurs in #Montana! Pretty sure we’ve got Triceratops, duck-billed dinosaur and ornithomimid (ostrich mimics) in the mix of dinosaurs from the site! Part of the science we do at the @sciencemuseummn !

Happy #FossilFriday! The paleo team at @sciencemuseummn was out recently in New Ulm, #Minnesota looking for bones eroding from Ice Age gravel on the river. We found this piece of large mammal skull, a bison tooth 🦬 and a teeny lil’ baby toad! Nice sunny day to be on the river!

Happy #FossilFriday! Some of us stayed past close last night at @sciencemuseummn for a project involving our favorite #Minnesota rodent, the Giant #Beaver. This skeleton of a juvenile was found in St Paul and is getting a 3D file via photogrammetry. Stay tuned for the results! 🦫
