@DisneyOnParade Damp sponges come from the moisturizing agent we add in the manufacturing process to keep the sponge flexibility in the pack until the product is opened. This is nontoxic, just rinse off before use! The agent perhaps wasn't distributed to all the sponges in pack, we apologize!
