Christian. Father. Husband. 7th generation Mississippian. District Attorney. Running for the U.S. Senate because Mississippi matters. Text SCOTT to 54937.
Mississippi is long overdue for a senator with the courage to take on Washington’s corruption, fight for our hospitals and bring good jobs back home.
I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work. On November 3rd, let’s take Mississippi in a new direction.
Spent some time in Ocean Springs this afternoon talking with seniors about healthcare, the economy and the need for more accountability in Washington.
We covered some important issues — and finished with a little ice cream. 🍦 A pretty sweet afternoon! #MississippiMatters
Cindy, you can name the time and place. I'm ready to debate.
We have less than a month until Election Day. Are you ready to answer to Mississippi… or are you too chicken? 🐔
If you want to earn the support of working people, you have to show up for them — including in the rural communities that too often get overlooked.
For years, national Democrats have treated Mississippi like a state they could write off. Well, I don’t believe in writing off a single community or voter because Mississippi Matters.
Mississippians are paying more at the grocery store and more at the pump.
Cindy Hyde-Smith has had her chance to stand up for working families. Instead, she’s handed over Congress’ authority and left us to foot the bill.
That’s not Mississippi first, that's Mississippi last.
My parents, my church and my community taught me the values I carry with me today: work hard, do right by people and never forget where you came from.
Those are the same values I’ll bring with me to the U.S. Senate.
@RichardCrossSTM, why is one of MS’s Senators scared to debate? Is it because she sold out conservative values?
And @cindyhydesmith can’t keep saying I want to debate because I’m “losing” when she’s spending tens of thousands of dollars lying about me! She has to lie and hide from her betrayal of MS that’s pricing us to poverty. You can moderate!
We are officially ONE MONTH away from Election Day.
Today, I need you to help our campaign by doing three things:
🔵 Check your voter registration status at https://t.co/lUvsvqKytj
🔵 Make your Election Day plan
🔵 Remind three friends to vote
Let’s go win this! #MississippiMatters
Redistricting will shape our communities and our democracy for decades to come. I was proud to march with Mississippians who are saying loud and clear: voters get to pick their leaders, not the other way around.
We have a responsibility to pay attention, speak up, and demand fair maps and elections. Our ancestors fought and bled for the right to have a voice in our democracy. We owe it to them — and to the generations that come after us — to have the courage to protect it.
If your theory of change was to prioritize the United States House races and perhaps local legislatures, fair. But now the Senate is in play - tied or ahead in places where the Dem is underfunded and not well known. Now is the time to give to Dem Senate races. Today. Thanks.
"He is everywhere for the people. And he’s keeping this election focused on what’s most important, making the cost of living go down and making the American dream be more accessible for all of the recipients,” @CoryBooker said.

Thank you so much to my friend Senator @CoryBooker for coming down to Mississippi, spending time with our team and — most of all — believing in what we’re building here.
Hope rises in Mississippi!
I’ve always believed that if you want to make a difference, you first have to show up.
This weekend, Team Colom is showing up on the Coast. We need volunteers to knock doors, talk with voters and make sure people know what’s at stake on November 3rd. Come join us in Gulfport and Moss Point. Bring a friend and let’s get to work! 💪🏿 #MississippiMatters
