@hopper @hopper The $800 charge is AFTER your reps told me that to change my flight would cost an additional $1500. That flight would have cost $2300! How does that make sense? I could have booked direct with the airline for a third of that price.

@hopper Really disappointed that after already paying $700 for my flight, I now have to pay an additional $800 to make an adjustment and have your reps insist that THEY'RE not the ones charging me, but the airline is. Either way, I have to pay $1500 for a $700 flight!
