@apple & @AppleSupport needs to contact me to remedy this. As a 15 year customer, I'm so disappointed in this service. My livelihood depends on having a laptop and basically telling me I have to wait indefinitely with no updates is ridiculous.
@apple & @AppleSupport have been atrocious in handling warranty & customer service issues right now for me. Spent hours on the phone with diff agents who tell me diff answers and my laptop is held hostage at a repair centre for 6 weeks+ though they've promised me a replacement.
