@CoachKatie_K I think another thought that hasn't been stated, with roster caps now, the recruiting class sizes will decrease if you have 5 years of players on the sideline. For lacrosse you get max 48 - so your recruiting class goes from 12 down to 9ish now. Less room for high schoolers.
