First time in #Louisville, Kentucky — and even though I was here for only 16 hours, it was enough to see it’s a great place with great energy and genuinely happy people.
One thing I kept thinking about after the Louisville summit:
Most companies are still adding AI around the organization.
Very few are redesigning the organization itself around AI.
That’s a much harder shift.
Once AI starts participating in operations — approvals, workflows, decisions, escalations, and stakeholder interactions — the conversation quickly moves beyond just productivity gains.
You start thinking about trust, accountability, visibility, enforcement, and operational resilience at #runtime.
Really enjoyed the discussions with people building in that direction and thinking long-term about where enterprise infrastructure is actually heading.
And honestly, the event was much more than just tech discussions — great conversations, coaching, local whiskey (yes… bourbon), and even comedy. That combination made it feel real, human, and memorable.
Thank you @nowsourcing for organizing such a productive summit and bringing together great people.
Great speaking alongside @MostAeroKelly@Nimitzzz
Your policies say one thing.
Your systems do another.
Insurance denies claims. Aviation incidents. Finance systems fail. Same gap. Different industries.
Tredy detects gaps and enforces policy across your stack. One platform. From regulation to runtime. Every decision auditable.
