With gratitude to God and joy in my heart, I announce the successful completion of my Master’s degree in English (Literature emphasis) at the Redeemer's University Ede, Osun State. Today is the celebration of grace that has brought me this far. Above all, God is not done with me.
Over the weekend, my lovely wife, family, friends, associates and colleagues threw me a surprise belated birthday party, and it was made all the more humbling and eventful by the distinguished presence of the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, @AAdeleke_01, my political leader, to whom I am eternally grateful for sparing time from his very busy schedule to celebrate me.
I am beyond overwhelmed by the love shown by all, even on this platform and quite frankly, it all feels dreamy. I want to use this medium to express gratitude to each and everyone who has shown me honour and regard. I am truly grateful and do not take your love and support for granted.
Thank you all.

A truly emotional moment as friends, family, colleagues, and loved ones came together to surprise Barr. Pelumi Olajengbesi on his 40th birthday, made even more special by the presence of his wife.
A celebration of love, impact, and a life well lived.

Lol 😆
Botie dibo, oti wole 👏 👏! Oriade/Obukun, e gbera n le ke dude, Pelumi lo'kan!!!
When I sit down to access the struggles and consistency of @PelumiEsq_ since I have known him in the political terrain of Osun State to become the Honorable representing Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency at the Nigerian House of Representatives, I remember the phrase "power is not served a la carte".
It means that political influence, authority, or success is never handed over easily or piece by piece like a restaurant menu; you must actively struggle, fight, and work hard to achieve it.
Winning an election in any part of Osun State and Nigeria of today as a whole requires intense strategy, grassroots mobilization, fierce competition and unbridled struggle. Pelumi Olajengbesi Esq has been devout to the struggle for years; a man who has never bowed to the political humiliation or intimidation of the ruling party and has stood in complete loyalty of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
Throughout the 2026 Osun Governorship election,he emerged as one of the most visible voices defending Governor Ademola Adeleke throughout the tense election, issuing near-daily statements, challenging alleged irregularities and urging voters to protect their ballots against any form of intimidation.
Despite not being elected, he has been contributing immensely towards the development of individuals and communities within Obokun/ Oriade federal constituency, Osun State. Every year, this man budgets #100 million towards human capital/ community development within his constituency.
In 2027, Pelumi is the people's choice; we will be going out en masse to vote him; a liberation from the 24 year old rulership and neo-colonialism of Hon. Wole Oke in Obokun/Oriade. May the Lord give us that day. 🙏 🤲. Success at the poll, learned senior.

Post Election Reconciliation: Governor Adeleke Welcomes Oyebamiji's Call for Peace
OSOGBO - 21/08/2026 - https://t.co/IAkLUVPQ2k
Governor Ademola Adeleke has commended the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Bola Oyebamiji over his call for peace in Osun state after his visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, calling the peace advocacy “a positive tone after weeks of heated campaign and election season”
The governor who also met with President Tinubu on Thursday described the peace advocacy by the APC candidate as a good development for the Osun people who experienced trauma and violence of the last two months ahead of the last Saturday elections.
While noting the call for restraints by all political parties, the governor reviewed the pre-election climate of fear and conflict and indicated that his team has never subscribed to violence as a weapon of political campaign even when under severe pressure in the countdown to the elections.
The governor who recounted the pain he passed through to restrain his supporters from retaliating against attacks said Accord lost 15 members with 20 injured and scores in police detention.
“I am forever a man of peace. It is heartwarming that my brother, Oyebamiji, is also preaching peace. I assure him that my supporters have not and will not attack APC members.
“Elections have come and gone and we are all winners. The common task for us all is to sustain delivery of democratic dividends and good governance to the good people of Osun state.
“I welcome Mr Gboyega Oyetola, Bola Oyebamiji and other opposition leaders to join hands with me to take Osun to greater heights. We are all important stakeholders in this Osun project ”, Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying.
