@daveleedwnundr@Coastercrew@ScottGustin Fox IS Disney now tho. So if TWDC isn’t supposed to celebrate these films - who would? There’s no brand left to do it.
"The Pitt" star Noah Wyle speaks before @SenAdamSchiff (D-CA) and others in Los Angeles, pleading for film and TV production to stay in Hollywood via tax incentives.
Congratulations to Josh D’Amaro for becoming the CEO of the Walt Disney Company, and congratulations to Chairman James Gorman for making such a wise pick as well as promoting Dana Walden to president and chief creative officer. My advice to Josh is continue Bob Iger’s strategy that creativity will handle profits, always protect the brand, and keep close the words of Walt Disney: "We love to entertain kings and queens, but the vital thing to remember is this—every guest receives the VIP treatment.” Good luck.
@Maryk1977@dev11235813@christopherhale Sure he was. Plenty of Latin Americans consider themselves American. Because, well, they are. He was Argentinian, yes. But also American. Just as you can be German and also European. Anyone from the Americas can consider themselves Americans if they so choose!
@JTGenter have you guys done a write up about FIND experiences disappearing? Vegas/Nevada options are completely missing from the Hyatt FIND site. NYC’s Broadway options are gone. They list 500 FIND experiences - but it doesn’t appear that way right now.
@JTGenter 🤫 don’t tell everyone. These are the best times to go and have been twice this time of year. Collectively over 13 nights I think it rained two days for a total of 3 hours. Well worth it.
We can't allow ourselves to become numb to mass shootings. What happened today in Minneapolis is heartbreaking, and Michelle and I are praying for the parents who have lost a child or will be sitting at their hospital bedside after yet another act of unspeakable, unnecessary violence.
@Stingray_travel Jobs, not Apple, held 50% of PIXAR stock. Which became roughly 7% of Disney stock. Which Laurene Powell Jobs owns now. But after divesting some, she now owns roughly 4%.
There is nothing clever or funny about this image, Mr. President. We just buried our beloved Pope Francis and the cardinals are about to enter a solemn conclave to elect a new successor of St. Peter. Do not mock us.
