A Ghanaian traveler has expressed frustration over the poor service delivery of the State Transport Company (STC), following a distressing experience on an Accra–Côte d’Ivoire intercity trip.

She recounted that barely minutes into the journey, the bus developed a fault, leaving passengers stranded in Winneba from about 10:00am until nearly 4:00pm.

Although a replacement bus later conveyed them to Elubo, the ordeal continued at the border, where they were abandoned without clear communication or guidance from the driver, forcing them to secure accommodation on their own.
