You know what would be amazing if Vance and his team can negotiate an agreement where Iran doesn't enrich above 3.67% (far below weapons grade); gets rid of 98% of its stockpile of enriched uranium; has weekly inspections by the IAEA; keeps the straits open without charging anyone; and commits to all of this for at least ten years. Oh, yeah, that was the Obama Iran deal.
Xbox will be “sunsetted” under new CEO, original Xbox co-founder and console designer Seamus Blackley expects:
• “Xbox, like a lot of businesses that aren't the core AI business, is being sunsetted, They don't say that, but that's what's happening. I expect that the new CEO, Asha Sharma, her job is going to be as a palliative care doctor who slides Xbox gently into the night.”
• “It would have been shocking if they had somebody in there in a meaningful role who was passionate about games, passionate about the creator-driven business of games, because it would be in direct conflict with everything else Microsoft is doing.”
• “Microsoft is a company that is now about enabling its customers by enabling AI to drive things,” Blackley reiterated. “That's at odds with the auteur model of any art, but specifically of games.”
• Blackley described Spencer as “managing the beast so that he could continue to try to do the right thing for games” until “that finally just wore him out.”

@Pirat_Nation I worked with her when she led Messenger. I’ve never seen an organization run better towards a vision than what I saw under her leadership. Sure, she might not have experience working in gaming but I wouldn’t discount her ability to learn and enable the team.
The single most important skill in startups is "figuring it out fast".
"Figuring it out fast" entails 5 sub-skills:
1. Asking the right questions up-front (fast).
2. Leveraging tools / a human network to gather data (fast).
3. Connecting dots from that data to form an opinion (fast).
4. Voicing that opinion + laying out a path forward (fast).
5. Executing on that path forward (fast).
Simply in theory. Rare in reality.
$MU $00060 $00530 $TSM Evolution of the AI Memory Hierarchy: HBM, DRAM, & SRAM Overview and Market Analysis
The video outlines the strategic shift of modern computing toward a memory-centric architecture driven by the demands of generative AI. It explains that the industry is moving away from a traditional commodity model to a tightly coupled hierarchy of specialized technologies, where High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and advanced packaging act as primary bottlenecks for performance. Leading manufacturers like SK hynix, Samsung, and Micron are navigating complex transitions to HBM4 and CXL-based expansion to overcome data movement constraints. Beyond the memory producers, the ecosystem relies on integration enablers like TSMC for packaging and specialized equipment providers for high-precision manufacturing. Ultimately, the analysis suggests that memory intensity and power efficiency have become the decisive factors in the success of gigawatt-scale data centers.

@KuhnTristen It's been half a decade since we had a 4th round pick stay on a roster for more than 3 years (Amik Robertson). Do Raiders actually have a credible scouting department that deserve this trust?
US housing market weakness is growing:
In June, HALF of the top 50 metro areas saw year-over-year home price declines.
Austin, Texas, and Tampa, Florida, experienced the steepest drops of over -5%.
They were followed by Miami, Florida; Dallas, Texas; and Orlando, Florida.
By comparison, in May and April, 22 and 20 of the 50 major metros saw declining home prices.
In November, just 7 of the 50 largest US metros recorded year-over-year price drops.
Cracks in the housing market are beginning to show.
