I will attach all exhibits and the screenshot of the rules and regulations and point out all issues that need to be raised.

Issue 1: Technical Official which includes referees and umpires as per Clause 2 of Sec 2.2.5 Technical Officials Code of Conduct, did not comply with Clause 4.1 & 4.2 (Specific Provisions for Conduct) of Sec 2.2.5 Technical Officials Code of Conduct.

Rules: Technical Official shall be honest, consistent, impartial and courteous when enforcing the rules AND shall respect rights, dignity and worth of ALL involved regardless gender, abilities or CULTURAL BACKGROUND.

Facts: As per exhibits attached, the umpire clearly not be impartial (which means NOT treating all sides EQUALLY) and caused the rules enforcement NOT CONSISTENT and lead to UNFAIR JUDGEMENT, UNFAIR TREATMENT AND ONLY ONE SIDE TREATED BADLY. We can see umpire did put difference of treatment based on CULTURAL BACKGROUND.

Exhibit 1 (Game 1, Point 3-1)
Goh/Lai got point during the rally,hence shevon is the SERVER and delrue is the RECEIVER. Based on Clause 5.10.3 of Sec 4.1.1 Instructions to Technical Officials, once the server is in position and ready, the receiver shall not unduly delay getting ready to receive the next service.

So what “ready”means? Based on https://t.co/RPktkeMvvI (BWF ARTICLE), “ready” means :

• In serving/receiving position
•Both feet still and on the ground
•Server holding the shuttle
•Receiver’s hand down
•Players looking at each other

So during this situation, shevon as the SERVER already tick all the criteria above while delrue is still interacting with her partner. As per definition and the rules stated, delrue already deliberately make a delay even it still in 25 secs limit since the server already getting ready (please refer to Clause 5.10.8.3 of Sec 4.1.1 Instructions to Technical Officials as screen shot below, yet umpire did not give any warning to FRA.
