@airindiain I have been charged 125 GBP per ticket (4 members family - 500 GBP) rescheduling charges. why ? I rescheduled our journey from April to October after spending hours reaching out to CS. Emailed customer service but no response.
@airindiain Visa free travel facility granted to OCI holders is kept in abeyance till April 15th from tomorrow, Air India should waive off the cancellation charges who are flying during this period. Redirecting to customer service isn't a solution. Please action on it.
@airindiain As per your advice contacted customer service on rescheduling and they denied to reschedule beyond the ticket validity. Either ticket validity should be extended to allow reschedule or cancellation should be allowed. Wake up @MoCA_GoI
@airindiain instead of redirecting everyone to contact customer service why don’t Air India publish post about their cancellation and rescheduling live updates on website and or social media. That will a lot to bring down the load of customer service and customers frustration.
@airindiain I did but with no positive response hence raised here. What are the options? Customer service has no knowledge about how to handle situation so appreciate some view here.
@airindiain I booked my ticket in July 2019 for Easter holidays and now due to restriction on visa till 15th April Neither I can visit in April and due to 1year ticket validity nor I can postpone my visit post July. What should I do?
@airindiain While Visa free travel facility granted to OCI holders is kept in abeyance till April 15th, effective from 13th March, Air India is not waiving off the cancellation charges for the international flight. Should they not waive of cancellation with no restriction?
