Meeshu you were the most precious thing in my life and I did not even get to say goodbye, I will miss you so much but I know God has taken you to a better place. Please pray for my sister’s departed soul 🙏🏽
Sad to see this but not surprised. Mental health is culturally downplayed and dismissed. The more we speak about it the faster the stigma will disappear. #MentalHealthMatters
An end to what’s been a tough couple of months, with results that weren’t what we wanted.
Personally, I’m very grateful to everyone who helped get me back on the field and through the series despite a broken finger.
Thank you @graynics for the gloves with the added protection at such a short notice, @eyegym_science for putting together a training routine when I wasn’t able to train normally before the series, and the PCB medical team who worked tirelessly to implement treatment and pain management strategies to get me ready to play.
Time to finally let the finger heal, reset, and then get back to domestic cricket.
As always, grateful for the support. ❤️
Not the ending we wanted but that’s sports and life. A huge thank you to @multansultans for welcoming me back with open arms and creating the same environment despite the challenges and fresh start. To come out and play like we have with only 15 days to prepare as a franchise as a whole is a testament to the owner, coaching staff, management and players. May we build on this and form a legacy for years to come ❤️
Halftime Photo dump: back at @MultanSultans in the @thePSLt20 , it’s been a great restart for the franchise and so well led by the owner, coaches and captain.
Extremely grateful to my sponsors, the best in the business @graynics and @EyeGym_Science
Today holds a special place in my heart. It’s World Autism Awareness Day, and I want to take this moment to celebrate every person going through life with #Autism and their parents, family and close ones who have been there for them in every challenge life has presented them. You are the real superheroes ❤️❤️❤️
Today is World Autism Awareness Day.
I want to take a moment to honour every parent and family raising a child with special needs. Not just today, but every day.
Most people cannot imagine what it actually takes. The early mornings and late nights. The worry that never fully goes away. The heartache of watching your child struggle with things others take for granted. The stress of wondering if you are doing enough, being enough. The grief that comes in waves, even when you are also full of love.
And yet these families keep going. Quietly, relentlessly, without nearly enough recognition or support.
If you know a family on this journey, check in on them. Not just today. 💙 #WorldAutismDay
Today, we honor the resolve present since 1940 and reflect on our responsibility to contribute to a better, stronger future for everyone. Happy Pakistan Day, Pakistan Zindabad 🇵🇰❤️
