Not sure why "pre-booking" is now in such common parlance in Indian press releases. "Pre-ordering" makes sense. Booking is already something you do in advance. "Pre-booking" makes no sense.

PSA - @Apollo24x7 is a scam business. Never order medicines from here. Not only will they not arrive, but their system will fail you when you seek resolution. Mind you, these are medicines, healthcare is clearly not important to them.

That the order hasn’t been cancelled and that I should deny the delivery executive and ask him to cancel the order !!!! Money lost, medicines not delivered, customer care unhelpful. Lies!
This order was placed on Oct 17, delivery got delayed everyday. On Oct 22, I called customer care to cancel the order. I received a call saying order has been canceled. Yet no digital confirmation - SMS, App or email. I waited for 2 days, guess what customer service claims…
