@facebook @Meta Can you guys train your "payout specialists" better. They keep copy and pasting the same replies. For weeks now my Bonus payout information has been wrong. They have said the same thing over and over and over, specifically "Adam" and "George". 40 messages later.

@AskWealthsimple If I own ETH on wealthsimple do I own my keys. Or do I have to transfer them to a cold wallet to "own my keys" asking cause of the "not your keys, not your coin" thing.

@FacebookGaming They should really find a way other then twitter to notify creators of an issue like this. When I didnt see my stars for the 16th show up, I was pretty mad. Opened a support ticket on the 16th, didnt get a reply. Waited two business days, still no update. Atleast now I know...
