When designers ask me what kind of impact you can have at Shopify, I tell them a designer had the idea for Shop Pay and was trusted to build a team around the idea to make it happen.
I know this because that designer is me.
I have a theory that companies who have back-end only services are more easily replaceable than those with a UX. Anyone see any evidence of this? #ux#ITServices
My bank's third-party BillPay vendor does not support "latest versions of Chrome and Safari". Frankly am in awe of the vendor's sales team—how can any software company survive that??
