I am incredibly proud to have cast my 10,000th consecutive vote in the U.S. Senate without ever missing a single one.
Mainers work hard every day, and you deserve a Senator who brings those same Aroostook County values of grit and commitment to Washington.
Following her 10,000th vote and an 18-hour vote series that ended just after 5 am, @SenatorCollins hopped on a morning flight out of Washington to speak to Maine veterans at the @VFWME 105th State Convention in Newry.
Susan Collins has now cast 10,000 consecutive votes in the U.S. Senate without missing a single one, continuing her historic dedication to Maine. Thank you, Senator Collins!
I just cast my 10,000th consecutive roll call vote without missing a single one. It remains the honor of my life to show up and stand up for the people of Maine every single day.
Thank you for your friendship, your support, and most of all, your service to our country, Jason. I will always stand with our veterans to ensure they get the care they deserve after sacrificing so much for our nation.
I recently visited Milton CAT in Scarborough. Maine’s builders, manufacturers, and skilled trades workers help power our economy every day.
I’m proud of my record of delivering investments that create jobs, strengthen infrastructure, support shipbuilding and manufacturing, and keep Maine competitive. When it comes to growing our economy and supporting working families, I am always working for Maine.
It was deeply moving to join the Bangor community today to welcome home more than 60 of our brave Maine veterans from their Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C.
Thank you to these heroes and their families for their incredible service and sacrifice. Maine is forever grateful for you. 🇺🇸
As the first Maine Senator to chair the Appropriations Committee in 92 years, I'm proud to deliver critical investments directly to our communities. From public safety to vital infrastructure, I have and will work every day to create a safer, stronger future for all of Maine.
It’s Free Fishing Weekend in Maine! I hope everyone gets outside to enjoy our beautiful lakes, rivers, and outdoor heritage.
Just remember that water temperatures remain cold and the weather may be less than ideal in some areas. Please wear a life jacket, use extra caution on the water, and make safety your first catch of the day. 🎣
Today, I joined local first responders to break ground on Auburn’s new public safety building, which will bring the city’s Fire and Police Departments together under one roof.
One of the greatest needs in Maine is addressing our many obsolete public safety facilities. That is why I have worked hard to secure nearly $87 million over the past five years for 45 new or renovated stations throughout Maine.
I was proud to secure $2.5 million through my role on the Senate Appropriations Committee to help make Auburn’s new facility a reality and ensure that the city's first responders have the safe, spacious, and modern station they deserve.
Whether I'm fighting for our small businesses or listening to your concerns, my priority will always be delivering results for our communities. I’m proud to work for Maine every single day, and I will never stop standing up for you.
Enercon Technologies is doing impressive work in Gray, employing hundreds of Mainers to design and manufacture products that support health care, national defense, and other important industries. I enjoyed meeting with the Enercon team today and seeing firsthand the skill and precision that have made this company a valued part of Maine’s advanced manufacturing sector.

From Lexington and Concord to Little Round Top, Flanders Fields, Omaha Beach, and Iwo Jima, from Korea, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, Iraq and Afghanistan to our time, the men and women of our armed forces have added new and everlasting strands of valor, devotion to duty, and sacrifice to the story of our nation.
We gathered today at Southern Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Springvale for a Memorial Day ceremony to honor the brave men and women in uniform who gave their lives in service to our country.
When we look down the rows of headstones, the flowers, and the flags, we see our history. It is a history written not by powerful conquerors, but by ordinary men and women who set aside the comforts of home to answer the call to defend liberty. By keeping the trust of Memorial Day, we tell the families of the fallen that they do not bear this burden alone. May God bless our service men and women, and may God bless America.
The sun was shining as I joined the community this afternoon at Southern Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Springvale. Sacred grounds like these serve as a powerful reminder that honoring our fallen service members is a lifelong commitment to preserving the values and freedoms they fought to defend. 🇺🇸
It was an honor to join the Searsmont community today as we came together to observe Memorial Day. We remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and reflect on the freedoms their sacrifice secured. Their dedication and selflessness represent the very best of Maine and America. 🇺🇸
This Memorial Day weekend, we remember the brave Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, and we recommit ourselves to caring for the veterans who returned home carrying the visible and invisible wounds of service.
I was proud to recently join veterans, health care professionals, and community leaders at Togus VA Medical Center to celebrate the opening of Maine’s new Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program which will help ensure veterans struggling with substance use disorder can now receive inpatient treatment close to home, surrounded by family and support.
As Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, I advocated strongly to bring this level of care to Maine veterans.
For 160 years, Togus has led the way in veterans care. This new facility continues that proud tradition and reflects Maine’s enduring commitment to our veterans. 🇺🇸
