@StagecoachNE It was 2pm. Honestly I am still fuming. I was on the way to the hospital, I cannot believe he looked at me and still didn’t stop. I even had my hand out as there was a bus at the stop so I moved around so he could see me. I am livid 😡

@StagecoachNE my friend is on that bus that I needed and she told the driver and he abruptly told her… didn’t see her!!! he looked straight at me!! The bus she’s on is number 73152. Why have a driver who doesn’t do their job! I pay for a bus pass and for what! 😡

@StagecoachNE here’s an idea. How about the buses actually stop when you put your hand out? Even if there’s a bus in, other buses should stop as I needed the 59 and cos the 36 was in he went straight past! Just happened now at Stockton high street! Absolute piss take 😡

@StagecoachNE Unfortunately I didn’t make that journey on the bus (in which I pay weekly for) as I had to fork out for a taxi to get me to work, after waiting at the bus stop for so long

@StagecoachNE how do fares go up but the service goes down? Enroute to work via taxi having waited for over 35 mins and not one bus turns up! Even though 3 should’ve in that time! What happened. The app states they did, I assure you they didn’t!
