I came across what appeared to be a suspicious fuel-loading activity while refuelling at AA Rano on the outskirts of Kano. More than 100 jerrycans, each with a capacity of 50 litres, were being filled and loaded into this white vehicle.
Early this morning, I experienced something unexpected.
A stranger mistakenly sent ₦150,000 to my Opay account. She called me while I was sleeping, but my phone was on silent.
Immediately after I woke up and turned on my mobile data, I saw the credit alert.
Honestly, I needed the money, but I remembered the trouble she might face if I refused to return it. So, I calmly sent the money back to her.
I believe Allah can provide me with many times more than that in unexpected ways.
Allah kaqara muna imani da tsoron cin dukiyar da ba halalinmu ba.🙏🤲
May we all be like Babangida Tukur.
It always beats my brain that Nigeria has a dedicated national programme & budget to fund the rehabilitation of terrorists but has nothing dedicated for the victims of the terrorists who are traumatized for life.
Yesterday, my husband told me about a 22-tyre Dangote truck that developed a fault somewhere in Ogun State and had to be parked by the roadside. By the third day, before the truck could be moved, people had removed all 22 tyres along with their rims.
We still have a long way to go in this country.🤦🏾♀️
