BUDDY PROGRAM | Yesterday marked the first meeting of our Year 2 and Year 7 Buddy Program! The big and little buddies met for the first time, sharing story books, laughter, and lots of sunshine. We can't wait to see these new friendships blossom throughout the year!

ECO EXPLORERS | Year 1 had an amazing adventure this week at Jacobs Well Environmental Education Centre! Our little explorers immersed themselves in nature, learning about local wildlife, ecosystems, and the importance of environmental conservation.. #SheldonCollege

STATE CHAMPIONS | Our ASTA Dance Academy Platinum Performance Troupes shone at Dancelife Unite Eisteddfod last weekend. They secured an impressive 1st place in both Lyrical and Jazz, 2nd in Hip Hop, and 3rd in Entertainment qualifying them for Nationals! #SheldonCollege

EMPOWERING OUR STUDENTS | Our Year 12 students recently participated in a Self Defence workshop as part of our wellbeing program. This hands-on experience equipped them with essential skills to stay safe and confident in various situations. #SheldonCollege #SheldonWellbeing

Year 5 students took on a Colonial Australia project last term, working in small groups on script writing, acting, and using editing software, green screens, AI, and holograms. They created educational BTN segments and shared them with younger students. #SheldonCollege

Our JC students have just wrapped up an exciting final week of the Scoot Scoot HPE Unit! This annual favourite is a highlight for our Year 3 students, who have spent the past few weeks cruising around the campus, honing their communication, gross motor & safety skills!

VOLLEYBALL GOLD | Competing in Volleyball Queensland’s Schools Cup Year 10 division, a group of Years 8 to 10 Sheldon College boys played brilliantly to go one better than last year’s silver medal and bring home the gold last weekend. Great effort, boys!
