@KemiBadenoch Doctors got a bad deal from your party not just pay but workforce planning not thought through. Antagonising doctors and banning strikes may lead to a bigger exit. Simpler to establish rapid speciality training and get them out as GPs and consultants quickly and let them compete

@RishiSunak @thetimes 2/2 managers from the school of NHS management most are mediocre) and for those doctors finishing encourage them to be enterprising and work towards the NHS being a
reimburser rather than a provider. Competition will improve quality and keep down prices.

@RishiSunak @thetimes Far too simplistic ! There is a large doctor workforce with no specialty training position to go to. Bad workforce planning. Create and accelerate training by spending funds on dedicated trainers and programs (no pay increase built less years) - have more doctors lead (not..1/2
