It could be political scoring also insofar as they are not following guidance they have been given just for pure devilment. Be interesting to hear WYP views.

@a_duggleby @WYP_LeedsWest Technically speaking, the Coronavirus Act is the legislation. Police are not experts in law generally speaking. People get taken to court and are get off on technicalities. The College of Policing is probably more au fait with the law than the Police on the ground to be fair
