pickhooks update: privacy hooks are live on bnb chain.

new mode, find the dev. the dev wallet is sealed inside the coin and locked to a drand round. no one can open it early, not even us. when the network signs the round, bnb chain's own bls precompiles verify the reveal on-chain.

the hunt: the dev must hold at least 0.5% of the supply in a normal wallet at the reveal, or pledge and seat are gone. so read the holders, the buys, the timing, the funding trail. one guess costs 0.005 bnb and is sealed to the same round, nobody copies yours. first right guess takes the dev seat and every creator fee after it. all right guesses split half the guess pool.

and every find the dev coin trades from its first block: the launch itself makes the first buy and burns it, so the pool is live before anyone else is in.
