@LGUSSupport @LGUS i lodge my complaint to LG on 15 may on 30 may got call by Mr.Brijesh and he Stated that i have told to his service engineer that i ll not opt for the service. "And Mr.Anurag who called me on 21 may and said he will come and he never pick the call

@LGUSSupport @LGUS Worst service,my complaint docket no is RNP230515056147 with regards to this it assign the nearest service center and they talk to their customer like they himself own LG. No proper they himself judge that I am out of the station and close ticket

for his unethical behavior.
So disappointed ...
Purchase LUMINOUS JUST Bcz of the MY ideal Sachin Tendulkar Ji.

@myluminous @sachin_rt The employees of LUMINOUS should know how to talk to their customers instead of harassing them, The guy went to the home he is yelling and shouting at me saying that I should pay him 500/- bugs for as he visited my home to give assistance.
and what he did

@myluminous @sachin_rtwarranty he gave some of his senior no and that person is taking so rudely and yelling on Me stating that march is the DOM and letting me knew that he is not authorized to share the Manufacturing date.
This is the horrible experience with the LUMINOUS.

@myluminous Firstly there was no response from anyone till 3 days, After multiple follow-up on the Tollfree no 18001033039, they do not have any idea when the person will visit.
Somehow person visited after making 13 calls to him on 30-7-2022 & as per him the battery is out of

@myluminous I complained about the issues to the local distributor and as per him the date of manufacturing is JUNE 2019. As per that battery should be replaced under warranty. I made a Complaint on 26-7-2022 person visited https://t.co/iDoeyJtios 4013674226

@myluminous Had a pathetic experience with this brand, Purchase a battery dated 4-6-2019, and as per their terms and conditions warranty of the battery is for 36 months or 39 months from the date of sale.
