Today I took part in the 5k at Long Eaton parkrun in West Park — and I’m pleased to say I managed to get a new 5k Personal Best. Always a great feeling when the hard work pays off!

Tomorrow is the Derby 10k, which will be my final run raising funds and awareness for Shoe Aid UK.
