Yesterday I had my athlete assessment with @SLPathlete and Coach Scott Lashley at Legacy Sports Complex.

I decided it's time to take my training to the next level—not just strength & conditioning, speed & agility, but also injury prevention and recovery. I've been battling a groin injury for the past month and have continued to tweak it while doing what I love most: competing on the basketball court.

Coach Lashley took the time to evaluate my entire body, identify weaknesses, understand my injury, and build a roadmap for improvement. It wasn't just about basketball—it was about becoming a better overall athlete.

💨 19.16 MPH Peak Velocity

I know these numbers will continue to improve as I get back to moving freely without tightness or pain. Excited to get to work, stay consistent, and prepare for the next two years of high school basketball—and ultimately the next level.
