Region 4 Campus Instructional Leadership Team kickoff was all about strengthening the tools our leaders need to drive instructional excellence. Our teams experienced exemplar instruction to sharpen the vision for high-quality teaching, practiced leading PLCs that rehearse lessons so every student receives the strongest instruction, and focused on building trust with campus teams as they launch the year.

The feedback from our principals was clear: these sessions have them prepared to start the school year with confidence, purpose, and a relentless focus on instructional excellence.

ED Barker and EP Middleton sharpened our CILT teams’ instructional tools by leading them through exemplar lessons. By seeing excellence in action, teams are building a clearer vision of high-quality instruction and developing a sharper lens for what great teaching looks like.

Trust is the foundation of every high-performing team. As we kicked off CILT, ED Amaya, ED Jackson, and EP Zuniga facilitated a powerful session that helped campus leadership teams build deeper connections, better understand one another, and leverage each other’s strengths.

Strong teams don’t happen by chance, they’re built through trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to winning for students.

At Region 4 CILT professional learning, our principals led their campus leadership teams in rehearsing lessons through PLCs. When we intentionally rehearse instruction, refine our practice, and strengthen the work in our PLCs, our students experience the very best version of every lesson.

The most impactful professional learning happens when principals lead the learning. Proud of our Region 4 principals for modeling a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence for every student.
