A white strip painted for barefoot walkers within the boundaries of a housing soceity has "sparked controversy" because one resident says he wasn't consulted.

Here's what the law actually says.
In a housing society, individual consent is not required. If the managing committee passes a decision in the general body with majority approval, and it doesn't violate the model by-laws, it can be implemented. Period.

The Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court reaffirmed this as recently as May 21, 2026 (Appeal No. 24 of 2026): the general body is the supreme authority.

The aggrieved resident had one job: to tell us whether this was discussed in the society meeting, whether the majority consented or dissented, and if he was in the minority, why he believed the decision violated the rules.

He didn't. Instead, he went viral, which he is entitled to, but...

If he genuinely believes the decision was unlawful, the correct route is a complaint to the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies so that it doesn't remain just a social media post and his campaign appears genuine..

By withholding every legally relevant fact, the complainant didn't raise a housing issue. He ran a clickbait campaign.

France24, as I have pointed out many times before, forms a part of the same GLISCO-DS influenced media ecosystem. France itself seems infiltrated and run by GLISCO-DS.

This is why I fear a Fake Rafale Scam 2.0 may be manufactured in France by the internal DS ecosystem against the Indian govt to weaken it and destabilize India with protests and anarchy.

If so, based on patterns before, we can be sure french media will be the first to manufacture a investigative report saying "sources said" alleging some irregularities or fake claims of corruption.

Their modus operandi is clear to see and predict these days even for those who don't believe in the DS. By the way, if we notice, the other strongly GLISCO-DS influenced media seem to be:

DW, AFP, Reuters, Bloomberg, WSJ (Trump calls it China Street Journal), Nikkei, SCMP, Al Jazeera, NYT, WaPo, BBC, Guardian, & FT. And it is not like they own every media and every report will be theirs. They influence using planted reporters, editors, and "sources."

Hungry for traction on social media, he is constantly targeting the government trying to influence public to vote for the opposition etc, it’s was good that his account was with held on insta, he has stroked the wrong nerve. He thinks he is the only gyani on this planet, the Line or the paint is not the problem it’s the controversy. He cud have stopped the day they where painting. Cud have simply stopped and complaint to the police station and later should take up the matter. This he planed , his parents where there so they also must have seen it.
