The South African central bank's interest-rate setting committee has a full complement for the first time since 2018, after it announced economist Franz Ruch as its seventh member on Thursday. https://t.co/oywBfVqBSK

territory. Encouragingly, the new sales orders index rebounded sharply and moved back above the neutral mark, while business activity recovered most of August’s steep decline".
The new October rates for the RSA Retail Savings Bonds saw all three fixed term up 0.25%.
For the right person, a great product.
