I’m back on my theatre tour and the other day I popped in to see the lovely folk at the charity Kitsquad near Shrewsbury. They do fantastic work taking your donations of outdoor gear and then sending them onto those who need it so they can get into nature for exercise and for better head health. It’s a brilliant idea.
If you’ve got some decent outdoor gear you no longer need, don’t chuck it away - send it to @Kitsquad2 .
If you’re on a low income and can’t afford to buy the gear needed to get out into our beautiful countryside - you can get in touch with Kitsquad.
And if you’re an outdoor gear firm and you’d like to give them some help you can get in touch with Fran @Kitsquad2 .

My friend Paul is planning a crazy charity mission this summer that will hopefully raise a fortune for very worthy causes -- with your assistance, involvement and donations!
Paul @paulgoldstein59 is going to walk 25 (!!) marathons from Tigerton in Scotland all the way to Tiger Bay in Cardiff. Wearing his huge, heavy, glorious tiger suit. And he wants us to join him. Are you up for it?
