The building is built on a 2400 sqft area with 4 floors of rooms and kitchen plus dining area in the terrace. Total built-up area of 11,000 sqft. Ground floor consists of a nicely done-up reception and 6 rooms. First, second, and third floors have 7 rooms each.
Singles make up majority of our tenants. But see the married pie; it's not small. Many of our tenants are married but don't want to move their families, so they end up staying single!
