Always wonderful when I can do guest teaching in elementary classrooms. Today the Grade7/8’s learned about treaties, the Indian Act and how “Reconciliation” relates back the teachings of the two-row wampum. Miigwetch for having me @SirArthurCarty@LDCSB
There’s some wonderful artists in Bubble D!
Mrs. Hammil, Ms. Fawcett, Mrs. Dukic, Ms. Smith, and Ms. Hurley’s classes all have been working hard, and the hallway looks fantastic!

Last night, Sir Arthur Carty had the amazing opportunity to perform the national anthem at the @LondonKnights game. Our students, both singers and ukulele players, were phenomenal!
Great work, Cougars!!
A big thank you to Mrs. Aguiar, for all her hard work.

A big Cougar thank you to @maddcanada and their smart wheels program, for spending the last three days at Sir Arthur Carty! Our grades 4-6 classes enjoyed all the lessons and virtual reality. Even Mr. C joined in on the fun!

This evening the boys played an outstanding game against St. Anthony. The boys really came together as a team and demonstrated great improvement. Even though we lost in the end, both Mr. Hubbert and Ms. Hurley are incredibly proud of the play and sportsmanship the boys showed.
The girls basketball team played a hard fought game against St. Anne’s in St. Thomas, unfortunately they didn’t get the win but they didn’t give up and preserved right through to the end!
Tonight the boys basketball team played against St. Anne in St. Thomas. Unfortunately, the boys lost the game, but they showed improved skills and demonstrated great team work.
