Siren is an incentive program builder. Some people use it to build affiliate programs, and others use it for programs that have nothing to do with sales at all.
@alexstandiford goes into just what Siren is in this quick explainer video.
Introducing Cascades in Siren.
A rep closes the deal, but the manager who coached them and the lead above them earned a piece of it too. Splitting that commission usually means a spreadsheet at month-end. Cascades, settle it the moment the deal closes.
It also fails safe. If the structure cannot resolve cleanly, a cascade pays no one rather than guess. It will not quietly send the wrong commission to the wrong person, so you can trust every obligation it issues.
If AI answers are eating your affiliate clicks, stop paying per click. Pay partners on monthly post visits scored against a revenue pool so they still earn when the click never fires. Content Creator Profit Share is a Siren recipe that runs this model out of the box.
Affiliate programs can be MUCH bigger than referral links π
@ChrisBadgett & @AlexStandiford break down how creators and software businesses can build content marketing engines through partnerships, affiliates, SEO, and AI.

The basic affiliate recipe. give partners unique coupon codes. Attribute what customers used, not clicked. No tracking scripts, no cookie debates.

When AI tools recommend a product, users often skip the link and just type in a coupon code. Cookie tracking misses that entirely. You can still capture it if each partner has a unique code and your system fires on code usage, not sessions. On Siren Lite, that's two settings.
In affiliate programs, some orders come in with no signal at all. You can't tell which partner drove the sale. That untracked share should shrink as you improve tracking. If it's growing instead, I think the problem's in how your partner portfolio is set up, not your tracker.
Most payout platforms only trigger on clicks. That breaks when customers buy through AI without opening a browser. Siren counts coupons and page visits as triggers too, not just clicks.
AI agents break click-based affiliate tracking. Attribution moves to what customers consumed, coupons, content, products, not what they clicked. Bound artifacts carry signal when links disappear.
Your affiliate program doesn't have to pay cash.
Store credit. Donation-per-purchase. Product or service commitments.
Siren (our WordPress affiliate plugin) tracks every obligation in one ledger, no matter how you settle it.
Describe your affiliate program in plain language.
"A tiered program that pays more on renewals than on first orders."
Beacon (our free AI assistant) generates a JSON recipe. Import it into Siren, our WordPress affiliate plugin, and one click configures your programs.
