From the outside they look like rockstars.

But the inside...yeah that's another world.
Hearts dropping to the floor when you get e-mail from an angry client.
The palpitations before important meeting.
The constant need to distract yourself (YT shorts are the devil) from what's going on inside your head.
Even your wife has noticed that.
You're there with the body.
But your mind is elsewhere.
Yet, things don't have to be this way.
Calibrating your Dopamine is the first step in unlocking a life in which you're able to enjoy the most mundane things.
Because you see, "having fun" makes normal life much less fun.
And reduces the overall number of things that bring you joy.
But i understand that in a world in which pleasure is readily available (you can literally get free pleasure with two clicks of your mouse)...
Temptation is strong.
That's why it's imperative to learn how to re-program your relationship with what triggers you, stress and pleasure.
Cause you know, if you wanted to stop eating junk food for example, or scrolling on your phone, is not that you can close all McDonalds or have phone jails (I know you tried that it it failed).
But also, change needs to be sustainable.
A 2 hour morning routine (if you have the "luxury" of having that time with how business is going at the moment)...
