@Qantas just to say...no reply from cust. Serv. In 3 weeks... on any platform... not great..BUT Qantas ground staff at Perth airport today..absolute legends, give these people a bonus.. went above and beyond..every one of them.
@LondonComment@British_Airways@British_Airways just to add, if you cancel a very long haul flight that was booked in January w 10 days notice KNOWING the airfares are now at least 3x what they were, then you need to put those refunds at the top of your arbitrary Queue.. not .. oh, we'll get around to it.

having similar problem with @DHLOficial they refuse to read provided map and keep saying address incorrect, wasting my time and no proper responses, useless. @DHLPaket
@sarahjnickson there is none, If transiting thru H to another country and flight is on 2 sep tix, passenger has to collect bags and re enter thru security, so coming into contact with a whole new set of people who have not been in isolation/Quarantine. Bad Idea.
