@RubRatings why do you allow people to post reviews that have never seen providers? How can you be a legitimate site if you do that?

@RubRatings I wish you would allow us providers the same respect that TER does. When someone post a review about us that has never been into see us that should not be allowed or if it is we should be given the opportunity to contact them like TER does to find out what is going on
