It's crazy how much of the limelight is on AI model development and developers, and the data side is not as much talked about.
I think we need to appreciate the dataset teams much more. A model is only as good as the data it trains on.

Saas is not food or shelter. Unless you control means of survival (, and in a relatively free society you don't), you can't have a hugely imbalanced market economy. There will be no buyers for whatever you sell.
I wonder if those digressions during projects to solve side problems are an attempt to replace a fear-inducing lesser known path with a more known and comforting one!
At a fundamental level, human beings are incapable of being unbiased. For rigorous decision making, you won't win by just trying to cultivate a balanced pov in yourself. A better framework is to add competent humans with different povs. That's the power of diverse teams!
Hyrum's law is actually a special case of how life/species establishes itself. Existence of any favorable substrate makes it highly likely to be adopted. That's just the best general strategy for the user/life/species to be successful.
