If you actually wanted it so the system kept bad people away from society it would need a LOT pf reform, in the US anyway. I cannot speak for other lands

Surely you can't believe that we have this terribly evil system that doles out punishment and not justice is what we SHOULD have just because some can't reform

@guilhernunes_ This is kind of one of the points the game is trying to make, that people who don't have a steady income or reliable place to sleep often are forced to make decisions that go against their morals or principles in order to survive. They are stripped of the option to have dignity

Maybe there's little distinction there to you but it's a very meaningful difference to me. Especially in the realm of consciousness where there's such incredible mystery
