@jonesborobb@Seth_3773 Over half the baseball players that entered the portal last year have no stats for this year at any level. Meaning they no longer have a team they play on. Thats far from a majority…
@JohnWay10127572@HuesmannKyle It won’t hurt to try. Then you’ll see that no one shows up except a majority of Nebraska fans.
Maybe those team enjoy playing at the home of the CWS and getting used to things like the acre of space in foul territory they don’t normally have.
@JohnWay10127572@HuesmannKyle Yes I’m sure the MLB teams will ensure their stadium is available for 6 days for the B1G Tournamnet to come to town.
Oh yeah, let’s not forget it was at Target Field and had fewer fans than any night of the tournament in Omaha.
Move it, that’s fine…
@ForeverFightON@LamboCalr1ssian@EricJHovland You think there would be Nebraska fans if it’s played anywhere else. Oh wait yes. All you have to do is look at every other sport. Oh and I don’t think there would be 15,000 Oregon fans.
@ForeverFightON@LamboCalr1ssian@EricJHovland Probably because they were at the Nebraska game until 2:00 am and will be back for the game later tonight. Why don’t Oregon and Washington fans travel? Nebraska has 1,000s of fans everywhere they go. Not their problem these programs don’t have fans to support them.
@john_sterup@SenatorSlama Stop comparing Nebraska education to how other states are preforming. Better yet, stop comparing the other 300 school districts in the state to the poor performance of OPS and LPS. Most districts do a great job, and for far less per pupil than those failing districts.
@BenKewman@TheLAOG402@HuskersRadio@TylerJonKai In general admission. People need to stop being dip shits. No one wants to stand in line for hours, when they’re a season ticket holder, to hopefully get a spot in the grass. The people who helped raise money for the program for the last 5-10 years can’t get seats.
@oledubsnation@coachwwest Texas and Georgia may be the only states where coaches make more than $10,000. Heck most assistants and JH coaches in the states just north of you probably make less than $3,000 stipend for the year. Pennies on the hour. Love of the game and watching kids grow as men and players.
@WorldExposureWB Nice copy and paste from another report Donnie! Oh and don’t forget, people don’t decide where there kids play many times. Kids have to be good enough to make teams on those circuits.
@skateflowers98@HuskerHC It’s not a hard rule to understand. You just have to pay attention. Hoiberg was just scrambling, helping beat the clock, and didn’t get to the backcourt. sometimes we make mistakes.
@millsjeremy34@nsaahome The NSAA doesn’t do anything the member schools don’t pass as a proposal.
Holdrege was class B when you were in school (I’m guessing), like when their girls were state runner up to Seward. Class B has never had enough teams to have subdistricts. Class C has for many many years.
@millsjeremy34@nsaahome So you don’t believe you should have to win to go to state? Weird…
I don’t believe schools were having success finding neutral site hosts. Holdrege doesn’t want to host games they aren’t a part of while their teams are playing somewhere else. People want to watch their school.
