@iD_Mobile_UK@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jim, the same happens in other phones and it is also happening on the mobile broadband that is on the same network infrastructure (three). Always happens at exactly the same time, it's not a device issue, the signal is always at maximum so it's not a signal issue.
@iD_Mobile_UK my internet has been intermittently dropping for months but today it was unbearable between 9am and 10am when I'm trying to work. This happens for the mobile broadband on @ThreeUKSupport as well, so I'm certain it's an infrastructure issue. Please sort it - EX46JG
@iD_Mobile_UK@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jim, tried that before, it doesn't help. Secondly I pay for the most expensive plan to have unlimited data and I should be able to use that with 5G. Please setup diagnostic tools on the local infrastructure since this happens pretty much daily.
