@Moatthedisco Hi Alex! It isn’t only for BIPOC mentors, though we intentionally recruit BIPOC mentors and make sure they represent at least half of our mentors. This year, we opened it to past mentors/mentees first and filled all the spots, but keep an eye out for an app next year!
