Are there no posted speed limits for a residential area? Like 25-35 per hour! There is no way a child should be unsupervised at that age in a front yard with or without a ball, however, there has to be more fault here than the parents lack of supervision and the speeding driver because ALL the drivers seemed to be speeding! If it wasn't her (the female that hit the boy) it would have been another driver in this situation sadly. Prayers to the family.🙏🏼
