@twoodard8 Many of Addison Park residents are on gov't assistance and don't have the means to fight back. There are many other examples of their poor management. By they way, they receive federal (sec 8) funds. Nice business model.

@twoodard8 On 2/24 @wffa did a similar report about Addison Park Apt resident. Several apts were heavily damaged in a water main break and have been unlivable since then. Mngment is forcing residents to still pay rent since the 2/16 incident even though they can't live there.

@Brendajurgens3 @GregAbbott_TX Word is this apartment complex is forcing residents to pay rent for apartments they haven't been able to live in since the water main burst on February 16. Perhaps WFAA should do another story.
