For years, @dallascowboys defensive tackle @SollyThomas90 believed that strength meant staying silent. Then he lost his sister Ella to suicide, and everything changed.

Now, as a nominee for this year’s @NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year, Solomon and his family lead The Defensive Line, working to end youth suicide by transforming how we talk about mental health.

Stand Together recognizes players like Solomon who understand that real change happens when people closest to a challenge lead the solution. For his #MyCauseMyCleats, Solomon chose to honor Ella and raise awareness for a cause that saves lives. We're proud to support his work helping young people realize the strength within them.
