@OkGillam @Spotify In 2015 somebody offered me 15k USD for the brand which I found ridiculous. Often people offer 150 USD / song to be added but I always turn that down. I would add for free if I like it but most people just send me commercial pop without even taking the time to check out my taste.

@OkGillam @Spotify I started in 2012 because I was doing mixtapes as a teenager, CD-R compilations as a twen and iTunes Mixtapes in the early 00s. And now it‘s playlists. I built them for me. It’s a hobby. It just seems other people like it and I can help smaller artists. Is that „goal“ enough?

Album of the week: @thetexasgents „Floor it!!!“ - looks like Country at first sight but it’s a real jamband. Very eclectic genre mix and super original. Doing their own thing, not following any trends. That’s true artistry.
