Whether one agrees or not, we shouldn’t be encouraging unhealthy pastimes. Half of smokers in Pubs now largely prefer smoking outside anyway or in a outside smoking shelter/room: Fresher air, clothes don’t stink as much and no yellow finger, plus non-Smokers have a fresh-aired Pub inside to eat etc. Keep it as it is, everyone’s a winner.
