Sphera Community Update: Building the Future of Fan Engagement

Hello Sphera Community,

We are back with our biweekly update to keep you informed on the latest developments within the Sphera ecosystem. We are slightly behind our original schedule, and the team is working to ensure every component of the platform meets the high standards our community deserves. Quality and security remain our top priorities as we build the ultimate home for sports fans.

Marketplace Evolution: Sequence Integration and Avalanche Migration

The Sphera Marketplace is the "core glue" that connects every part of our ecosystem, from digital collectables to in-game utility. To ensure a seamless and future-proof experience, we have successfully updated the marketplace to the latest versions of Sequence. This upgrade provides a more robust infrastructure for wallet management and transaction handling.

In addition, we have a major announcement regarding our blockchain infrastructure: Sphera has officially created a bridge for you all to migrate your NFT collections from Hedera to Avalanche. This move to our new home on Avalanche allows us to leverage greater scalability and a vibrant DeFi ecosystem.

What this means for NFT holders:

Early next week, we will post a comprehensive "How-To" guide outlining the steps to migrate your NFTs to the new marketplace. Once migrated, you will be able to view your assets in the updated interface and, if you choose, begin trading immediately.

Prediction Markets: Technical Readiness and Legal Compliance

On the product front, we are excited to share that our Prediction Markets are technically fully ready for launch. However, we are awaiting the final legal opinion to ensure full compliance with international regulations.

As many of you know, countries have different restrictions on unregulated prediction markets. We are committed to maintaining full compliance, and this final legal review is essential to protect both the project and our users. We expect to have this resolved shortly.

The Road Ahead: Marketing and Monetisation

The receipt of this legal opinion will be the "green light" for our next major phase. Immediately following legal clearance, we will launch an extensive marketing campaign to attract a wave of new users to the platform. This will mark the beginning of our active monetisation phase, bringing liquidity and activity to the Sphera ecosystem.

Subject: A Long-Awaited Update: Sphera Is Live and Moving Forward

Dear Sphera community,

I want to start by saying something plainly: we took too long.

You backed this vision years ago, some of you as far back as 2023, and you have waited with

patience that we know has been tested. The delays were real, the silence was frustrating, and

your scepticism is earned. We are not here to make excuses. We are here to show you what we

have built, where we are going, and how we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Where We Are Today

After years of development, iteration, and hard decisions, Sphera is going live.

Here is what has already happened:

• Our new landing page is live and now reflects the full Sphera platform, streamlined, focused,

and built to support large-scale user growth.

• The marketplace goes live this week, enabling fans to buy, sell, and trade digital collectables

tied to real sports moments and athletes, forming the core of our engagement engine.

• Our in-house Sphera prediction market is launching in the first week of February. Built to sit at

the top of the current Web3 meta, comparable to Polymarket, but designed purely for sports, it

will bring together fans from across the globe to test their knowledge, compete, earn rewards,

and engage with live sporting events within a fully integrated Sphera ecosystem.

These are not promises. These are deliverables with dates.

What the Delay Gave Us

We will not pretend the wait was part of the plan. But the extra time allowed us to make

decisions that will matter in the long run:

• We rebuilt the platform architecture to handle real user scale, not just a demo.

• We integrated smarter tokenomics and compliance frameworks that protect both users and

the project.

• We formed partnerships and secured infrastructure that positions Sphera to compete in a • We brought in a new group of expert team members with decades of experience launching

strategy.

The delay hurt. But it also forced us to build something far more durable and powerful.
